Karup Design’s ever-popular Grab Sofa Bed is an excellent choice if you need a three-seat futon. Its funky, Scandinavian design is both practical and stylish, with easy conversion into a compact double for guests or regular use.
Like all of Karup Designs sofa beds, it is manufactured in FSC certified Scandinavian redwood pine and is available in a choice of two finishes, natural or black. The Grab has plenty of seating space for three adults and converts from a sofa into a 130 x 190 cm double bed, using the feature arm 'grab' system!
The Grab uses our standard 3 seat futon mattress combining layers of wool felt with a robust foam core for added comfort and durability. The mattress is approximately 14cm thick, neatly buttoned through in a traditional futon style. It comes in a variety of fabrics, including Karups new corduroy range.
Aslak Compact Sofa Bed
The Aslak Compact by Innovation Living is the perfect choice for slightly smaller spaces. A 'mini' version of the original 'Aslak,' this sofa bed features a pocket sprung mattress, for a medium to soft feel, and lovely light oak legs giving a modern classic look.
This sofa bed is constructed using Innovations own metal clic-clac frame with 9 mm laminated wood slats on the seat and back decks for improved comfort. It converts quickly and easily from a three-seat sofa into a compact double bed for two, as well as having a lounger style head end allowing a choice of positions.

We particularly like the Poetry as it provides ample seating without being too imposing in your room.
It is constructed in strong redwood pine, from FSC certified sustainable sources, and is available in a choice of frame finishes.
